On 12th February 2017, Lions Club Jaipur Prime Star organized the first ever Divyang boy-girl introduction seminar of Rajasthan at Government Anandilal Poddar Deaf School, Jaipur. In this introduction seminar, 292 registrations were done and 10 matches were made. It was decided only after the success of this programme that every marriageable Divyang of the country should get this facility from the comfort of home.
On 7th March 2021, tricycles and wheelchairs were given at free of cost to the Divyangs at Poddar Deaf School in Jaipur (Rajasthan).
In view of the difficulties being faced by the Divyangs in choosing their life partner, it was decided that this facility should be provided to them at their home. For this purpose, Divyang Utthan Foundation was formed in June 2021 under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016. The foundation has launched a web portal and an Android app in the name of divyanghumsafar. With the help of this web portal and app, all the Divyangs of the country can choose their life partner from the comfort of home. Along with this, important information related to Divyangs is also being given in this portal, so that Divyangs can get the solutions of many of their problems at a single place and can benefit from the comfort of home. All these facilities are free of cost.

Providing scholarships to the talented Divyang students.
To create a portal for providing employment to Divyangs. For this, corporate sector, private sector companies and firms will be encouraged to provide them opportunities to work in their establishments.
To provide help to talented Divyangs in getting higher education.
To make efforts to provide various equipments, especially motorized tricycles to Divyangs at free of cost.
To make every possible effort to teach sign language to every deaf and mute person across the country through the digital medium.
Organizing mass marriages for poor Divyangs.
Organizing national level sports competitions for Divyangs.
Organizing cultural programs for the Divyangs by the divyangs.
Literature and film production for the encouragement of the Divyangs, a competition project.
Arrangement of a loan without interest scheme for the needy and deserving Divyangs to enable self-employment.
An ambitious project of free residential education cum employment training for the Divyangs.
The foundation will celebrate its foundation day on 8th June every year as the National Divyang Smile Day and on the occasion, the foundation will honour the effort making Divyangs.
